Going Green with Bisphenol-A Free!

Ok now seriously - how did we all ever survive childhood. I have found that as a new mom to be I am bombarded by the do's and don'ts and all of the currently popular 'go green' initiatives that are marketed to all of us already confused and overwhelmed folks. I am all about being environmentally friendly, but seriously I think there is a job out there that is labled " Fear Marketing." That group of people probably sit in an office somewhere and make up lame brain ideas of exactly why we should or should not buy certain products. Of course then leading to the products they wish to sell you. They probably think, "how awful can we make something sound so that we scare people into purchasing our products." Now maybe I am cynical but I am led to question how we all turned out just fine...

I am probably so annoyed because I have found myself buying into some of it. For real, bottles without this Bisphenol-A stuff are crazy expensive! But I have bought into the theory partially because of pressure from an overprotective grandma (aka my mother) and partially because in the back of my mind I am thinking...."maybe they are right." Of course my new mom brain got the better of me and was so jumbled trying to figure it all out that I seriously spent 20 minutes in the isle of bottles trying to make a choice. It should SERIOUSLY not be that difficult! . Anyways...that is my rant for the day. I have officially gone a little bit green!

The Playtex drop-ins are BPA free and not that expensive. AND if you go to their website they will send you a free one :)
That's what I use when Evan needs a bottle and they work great, not a lot of air to make the bubbles in the tummy :)
