Dean passed through the first three phases of hiring into Dow Corning at the end of last year. He took an assessment test and passed two portions, missed the final portion by two points! He was so bummed. So he waited patiently (or not so patiently) for six months for the retake of that portion. It was pass or fail and couldn't be taken again for a year if he didn't pass. He retook that portion on May 9th and we have been waiting for the pass/fail letter. IT FINALLY CAME TODAY!!!
He passed!!!!!
The next phase is the interview process!!! We are so excited and praising God b/c he has been so faithful. No matter what comes of this we are praising God because he is the one who gives Dean the ability and knowledge and opens the doors of opportunity!!!!
So we are heading off for dinner to celebrate. Dean is so pumped up and I am pumped for him. For all the waiting he can finally see that it was worth it!!! We are just so excited!
