Baseball, Hot Dogs and Such

We had a baseball night at Dow Diamond with my work last Friday night. It was a lot of fun and Logan's first 'real' baseball game. He had a blast. He LOVED Looey the Loon. He even got a miniature bat from the Loons Loft gift shop. It was a blast. His reaction was priceless. Now we repeat over and over - "Baseball is an OUTSIDE game!" Especially after I found him swinging his little wooden bat with reckless abandon at everything breakable in my living room! Which makes me really happy that the weather seems to be changing for the better...we CAN actually go outside and play! Hurray.

On a similar note we have officially booked our first two camping trips of the season. The first to Jellystone and the second to our favorite state park - Rifle River Recreation. It should be interesting to see Logan's reaction to camping since we have not ventured in the camping direction since he was born. It should be fun, amusing, and very interesting all at the same time. I envision several different versions of the word no - most associated with or followed by the phrase "you are going to break your neck." Because he's two you know and strong willed to boot. Today he told me ' I no want to go shopping - I go pay outside '

Ok enough of the ramblings of a stir crazy momma! I am so excited for spring and summer and all of the new adventures and memories we have already begun to make!
