Signs it is time to potty train....

So after Logan has woke up three days in a row with poo everywhere...I ran out of clean crib sheets (btw that is because my washer and dryer are STILL out of commission and I have been juggling between hospital and family). So I put him down for his nap and THIS is what I walked into his room to find.
It was EVERYWHERE - two baths, huge scrubbing, a crib mattress thrown on the lawn, and an hour and a half later I have recovered.... tomorrow we are pulling out the potty chair.
