How does it feel to fight a losing battle? What is it like to feel powerless when the ones you love lose their battles? I am surrounded by these questions because I am surrounded by a certain few people who have fought hard but yet they are losing battles to things such as cancer, lung disease, and heart failures. I am sad for the families who are standing by helpless and unable to make pain and sorrow disappear for the ones they love.
To those who struggle today, and you know who you are...I am praying a prayer of peace for you. That the Lord will rain his grace and mercy on you. I am extremely sad for my neices who are losing their grandpa. I pray that the Lord will comfort their little hearts the only way their heavenly daddy can and that he will give strength to their mom and my brother who are also mourning as they watch life slip away from a man who they love so dearly.
