Dean took his first substitute position today!!! Horray!!!!!!! Very exciting! Since we are waiting to see what will happen with Dow Corning and for that interview he made a well supported decision to sub in the mean time. I am so excited for and proud of him. He has worked so hard to get to this point...Ok I have to go now. Logan and I are making him a surprise for when he gets home!
