The baby is only 10 weeks in this ultrasound, but growing is what he or she is doing best. Now at 15 weeks, we are eagerly anticipating the arrival. I talked to Joy last night. The doctor said everything was looking good. He felt her tummy and said that the baby was in the right place for week 15. Very excited about that. Our little one is growing!!! Next week she will have a followup with her family doctor and will get to hear the baby's heartbeat for the first time. Kind of bummed we have to miss that one but we are looking forward to her referral to the OB and her ultrasound at the end of April. Then we will get to find out if this little peanut is a boy or girl. We are more than excited!!! We are talking about keeping the cat in the bag for a little while longer just so we can have time to process the girl/boy thing and pick out names. Anyways....end of March is week 16 and end of April is week 20. Sometimes it seems like time is dragging, but soon we will be half way through and 20 weeks closer to meeting our precious son or daughter!!!
